TheTutorHubs Tutoring provides online educational tutoring services for GCSE, A-Levels, languages and programming. Our services are delivered remotely via video conferencing platforms.
Our tutors provide educational support and guidance. We do not guarantee specific examination results or academic outcomes. Success depends on multiple factors including student effort, engagement and individual circumstances.
Tutoring sessions are tailored to individual needs but do not replace formal schooling or examination preparation courses.
We will make reasonable efforts to match you with a suitable tutor based on your requirements. If you are not satisfied with your assigned tutor, please contact us to discuss alternative arrangements.
Sessions are booked by mutual agreement between you and your assigned tutor, subject to availability. Payment is required in advance unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in writing.
Prices are stated in British Pounds and are subject to change. Any price changes will not affect bookings already confirmed.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be charged at the full session rate.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions in exceptional circumstances, such as tutor illness. In such cases, we will offer a full refund or alternative session time.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TheTutorHubs Tutoring shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or website.
We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you have paid for those services in the preceding six months.
